Another random one here... My son of 17 years...
Went to my 1st wushu class last night since my hiatus from the start of the A's in Jelutung. I thought I had forgotten everything since I hadn't practised for such a long period of time. Well, in fact, I really forgot about 50% of the things. Maybe I should practise some at home or downstairs more often so that I can catch up with the rest after my NS.
Speaking of NS, yesterday's lesson was also my last lesson before my enlistment. As my instrustor(shixiong) knows about it, he told everyone about my hair becoming botak for the years to come, making me feel embarrassed and happy.
Luckily, quite a number of intermediates came for the class, thus I had the opportunity to practise together with them, though only for a couple of minutes before the class ended. But that couple of minutes we had already made us into drenched chickens which reminded me a little of my training I had when I was a brown belt.
Dang! Why is it now?! I had said that I wanted to buy a Nintendo DS for such a long time and you did not even speak a word of objection. Now, just as I was about to go to Sim Lim to buy it, you suddenly return home and knowing that I was buying it, you immediately stopped me from buying it! I'm also not taking the money from you!! Can't I just use the money I saved anyhow I like?! Everytime I wanted to buy something for myself, you either force me not to buy or push the money to me saying that my money is only used for my meals. You would threaten me in various ways should I not accept your money. I don't even know if that's a good thing or not, but it seems like I don't have the ability to even get something I want for myself! Not even once!!!
