Happy New Year?

I put the question mark as a question, because I don't know if you're happy or not. I'm not. I don't know why, I feel damn bored. Anyway, today is the worst day of the year. Taken from the new daily calender.

Never mind, thinking positively, I'm sure the future will be a better one right?


My 1st meal of the year was Himawari! A japanese buffet which name is Sunflower in direct translation. It has quite fresh sashimi, more of the better kinds of fish rather than the old salmon. Hamachi, Swordfish and Tako are nice. However, after a few rounds, the sashimi had gotten less fresh and the 3rd round was like, ewww..
There's also shabu-shabu and the beef was thin and easy to eat. Of course it's not up to the standard of Kobe Beef we ate in Hokkaido in 2007. At the price of $34.80++ which makes up to about 41 bucks during public holiday, eve and weekends, I think it's quite affordable for those who go NOT often. Eating just when the restaurant opens is also the best time as the food is always the freshest then. I'll think this may be my only meal today unless I stay up late for supper.
